Today I started to read through this report https://www.omicsonline.org/open-access/is-valacyclovir-a-mood-stabilizer-2165-7890.1000118.php?aid=19860 to learn more about what they found out about viral agents in neuropsychiatric conditions. Also tried to find if there was bad side effects with this antiviral - started reading here https://www.everydayhealth.com/drugs/valtrex
I saw that some of this, Valacyclovir, pills where blue, which led me to search for the blue pills and that led me to this: https://www.dw.com/en/smart-drugs-generation-self-optimization/a-18027518..."One in five students relies on smart drugs"...the blue pill drog in that text was about Ritalin.
At the time I was sitting in my sofa surfing, watching tv with one eye - "Truth about sleep" was on. Soon I was watching that instead. Interesting! So we need to sleep good to avoid gain weight, to not get diabetes. I have almost never had problem with my sleep. Fall to sleep easy early at the night and easy sleep around 7-8 hours. How the quality of my sleep is I have no idea. I was a bit upset when my son started "feeling bad" and the PD said that he needs sleep and good food... ofc I know this is important but it could be hard if there is a illness behind the bad sleeping. Later on I got melatonin for him, and after that he has been able to sleep well.
Prebiotica before nighttime, taking a bath one hour before bedtime, 2 kiwi before bed, mindfulness all worked a bit.
Next up on television was about Stephen Hawkins. Also intresting! The Professor talked about that people need to be prepared to leave this planet before 100 years from now.
So we may have bigger problem than virus or sleeping problems... but at the same time, we all just wants to be well and healthy right now at this moment in life. Chronic illness and pain is not always a life.
The place to go is Proxima B!
