Reumatic Fever Rash got us on Lactose free Diet....
In the summer 2016, in Italy, Arvid started to have these rings on his legs. As he said they didn't itch or hurt I wasn't thinking much about them then. They could also come and go over a day. And be gone for several weeks.
They got back in September 2016 so I asked the PD what if it could have something to do with Arvids feeling of illness. She just said to take some creme on them, she didn't even looked at them.
A couple of days after Arvid had his 2 weeks penicillin in early november 2016 they got back on his legs and this time up under his arms. I then found this description on webmd that describes them. (They have changed the description after) Note: infections like strep throat:
I was thinking if it was lactose intolerance so we then started a lactose free diet and has been on it since December 2016. And I did notice it said strep throat, but didn't understand at that point it probably was. The rash kept getting back several times also after Arvid started penicillin in February 2017, specially when changed from Kåvepenin to Spektramox. But has not been visible since autumn 2017 after IVIG? I still thinks it's from strep he got this.
In June 2018 I found this information about Reumatic Fever! and got rather upset!
In the summer 2016 when the rings showed up for the first time I didn't take any pictures. As Arvid got worse in September-October 2016 I started to take pictures.
