8E4A.0 Paraneoplastic or autoimmune disorders of the central nervous system, brain or spinal cord
Autoimmune encephalitis. Some types of autoimmune encephalitis which is where the immune system is attacking the brain, such as acute disseminatedencephalomyelitis (ADEM), are caused by infection in which case the term 'post-infectious encephalitis' is used.

Impossible to get help with in Sweden as the healthcare only test after symptoms and a child with an autoimmune disease may have an infection without symptoms. Arvid stopped having normal fever several years ago and it isn´t untill after IVIG he started to get fever again.
